Delivery Information

What delivery options are available?

During checkout, you can choose any available dates from the calendar. If your preferred delivery date is unavailable, please try a different shipping method. The availability of delivery dates is updated daily at 11:30am.

All orders are sent to arrive on, or just before the date you choose at checkout. We offer a range of delivery options including:

Free Delivery - You can expect your order to arrive on or just before the date you choose at checkout. Deliveries are Monday - Friday 6am to 8pm (approx)

Tracked 24 - Orders will normally arrive on the exact date you choose at checkout. Deliveries are Monday - Friday 6am to 8pm (approx).

Named Day Before 1pm - Your order should be delivered on the exact date that you choose at checkout. Deliveries are Monday - Friday 6am - 1pm (approx)

Saturday Delivery - You can expect your order to arrive on the Saturday you choose at checkout 6am - 1pm (approx)

 

Can I get balloons delivered to family or friends at a different address?

Yes you can. During checkout there is the option for you to add an alternative delivery address. We also advise that you let the recipient know that they should expect a delivery.

 

Which courier company will deliver my order?

Getting your order delivered is our priority so we have a number of couriers that we use. In most cases it will be Royal Mail that deliver your order. 

 

I want to send a balloon to somebody that is staying in hospital. Can I do this?

We do not recommend sending balloons to hospitals however if you choose to send a balloon to a hospital your order may be delivered to the hospitals own mail sorting centre by the courier, and then delivered to the ward, which will take some additional time. It is possible that some hospitals will not accept delivery. Please consider this when placing your order as we will not provide a refund under these circumstances.

 

I want to send a balloon to a Hotel, Venue or Restaurant. Can I do this?

Yes that's no problem however you should advise the Hotel, Venue or Restaurant to expect your order. Please arrange to have your balloon delivered a couple of days before the date that you need it for to allow for any unexpected delay. Any order which you choose to have delivered to either a Hotel, Hospital, Restaurant, Venue or Holiday Accommodation is done entirely at your own risk. We can not accept responsibility should your order be refused or for for any loss which may occur.

 

I want to send a balloon to a University Halls of Residence. Can I do this?

Yes you can but before placing an order with us, please consider that Royal Mail may not be able to gain access to the specific room, and your order could be delivered to the nearest public access space. Any order which you choose to have delivered to a University or shared accommodation is done entirely at your own risk. We can not accept responsibility should your order be refused or for for any loss which may occur.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT ORDERING/DELIVERIES

You will receive an automated email confirmation of your order soon after placing your order. Please check your junk/spam email folder if you don't see it!

Once you have received your order confirmation, the next time we contact you will be when we let you know that we have sent your order.

When choosing your preferred delivery date, please remember to allow for any unexpected delay in delivery that might be caused by circumstances outside of our control. If fulfilment of your order is dependant on delivery being made on a specific day, this should be agreed with us, in writing before you place your order regardless of the shipping method you choose. The essence of the contract (your order) is not the delivery time or date. This means that while a delivery date may be specified, the most important aspect of the agreement is not meeting that exact timeframe; the focus is primarily on the quality, functionality, or other characteristics of the product being delivered, even if it takes slightly longer than anticipated. 

If we expect that bad weather to impact delivery of an order, we may dispatch your order earlier than planned.

Unfortunately, we can't send inflated helium balloons to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.
