When to Order

I want to place an order but don't want delivery just yet

You can place an order with us today, even if you don't need your order delivering yet. We will reserve the stock needed for your order but won't inflate your balloon(s) yet. You can order up to 90 days ahead of your preferred delivery date.

On the Checkout page, you can use the calendar to select your preferred delivery date. Simply choose the date that you want, from the options available (availability updated daily at 11:30am).

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation that will show, amongst other things, details of your product(s), the delivery address, and the delivery date that you selected.

To ensure your balloon(s) arrive in the best condition, your balloon(s) will not be inflated until nearer the dispatch date.

Any order that we receive that does not specify a preferred delivery date will be sent at the earliest opportunity.

I want to place an order and need delivery soon

Simply choose your balloon(s) and use the calendar on the Checkout page to select your preferred delivery date. Only dates that are available, can be selected. (availability updated daily at 11:30am).

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation that will show, amongst other things, details of your product(s), the delivery address, and the delivery date that you selected.

Your balloon(s) will not be inflated until nearer the dispatch date.

If you order before 11.30am and have requested delivery tomorrow, we will create your balloon(s) today and dispatch your order today, for next day delivery. Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday. Any order that we receive that does not specify a preferred delivery date will be sent at the earliest opportunity.
